it was huge.
we cut it open
it was a huge disappointment
there is sooo much skin

probably should have found out what it was before i bought it
guess we'll stick to oranges...

Today little man is 13  months old! Since I didn't post about his awesome cake on his bday I'll tell you all about it now! But first the recipe. so i'm addicted to house porn. well before we ever started looking for a house i was watching house hunters and hgtv. i would also frequent assorted online real estate sites. when were where looking at houses i would go online and look to see if anything new had been listed multiple times a day. i would also look at the million dollar homes and even homes that were just out of our price range. on occasion i would be chatting with a friend from college on facebook (hi colleen) and i would send her the links to the million dollar homes. she told me i was sending her house porn. now i know i'm not the only one out there who is addicted to house porn. don't all speak up at once... so anyway, last week my husband and i were having a discussion about a set he had worked on. so yes its been almost a month since i've shared the house with anyone we were supposed to get keys on may 4 originally so my parents booked a flight to come out and help us fix and move!  so dad was coming on may 4 to knock out some big stuff like the bathroom and mom was coming on may 8 since my vacation didn't start until may 9 (which was also mother's day so i thought it would be nice to give my mom a paint brush for mother's day-jk). so nice of them until we got the call the there was a court issue and we would not get keys until may 7. so mom looked into changing dad's to may 8 to fly with her and it just didn't make sense money-wise. so dad was going to get some quality time with rob that did not involve working on a house. so dad comes in and on may 5 he goes with me to sign the escrow paperwork!! then we find out that we are not getting keys on may 7- that is the final day for the court confirmation! we are not going to get the keys until probably may...
